A Wyoming man has died after his motorcycle was involved in a crash on US Highway 20 near Thermopolis on Friday afternoon.
According to a report from the Wyoming Highway patrol, a Ford F550 slowed and stopped at the direction of a flagger at a construction zone when a Harley Davidson motorcycle failed to stop for the slowing vehicles.
The report says the motorcycle driver applied the brakes and laid over onto the right side, which “caused the operator to separate from his motorcycle” and slide into a guardrail. The motorcycle hit the Ford and slid around 30 feet.
