This is a photo of the motorcycle, without its saddlebags, that was stolen in Ogdensburg, according to state police.

OGDENSBURG — State police are investigating the theft of a black 1996 Harley Davidson Dyna Lo Rider from a residence on County Route 6.

The motorcycle has 16 inch “ape hanger” handlebars and leather saddle bags with bandannas attached to them. The saddle bags have a metal eagle on the flaps.
