Silver Alert issued for missing Madison man

MENOMINEE, Wis. – A Silver Alert was issued Saturday night for a missing Madison man.

The last known location for 77-year-old Donald Miller was on I-94 west of Menominee at 7:40 p.m. He was last seen at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

A release from the Wisconsin Department of Justice said Miller is 6-foot-2 and weighs 185 pounds.

He was last seen in a tan shirt with a car or Harley Davidson logo on it, blue jeans with holes in them and New Balance shoes.

The release said he left his home to deposit some yard waste. He called his wife a short time later indicating that he was lost and was not able to follow directions home.

The DOJ said he is believed to be in St. Croix County in northwestern Wisconsin but has no connections there or reason to be there.

He is driving a black 2013 Ford Escape with the military WI license plate 47874M.
