Robert Raymond RussellSalisbury – “Robert “Bobby” Russell passed away at home in the early morning hours of March 31, 2021, after his second courageous battle against cancer. His final days were spent surrounded by the family and friends he loved so much.

Bobby was born on May 4, 1954, in Marblehead, Mass., to parents Gifford Russell and Patricia Lenares. He was a graduate of Salem High School class of 1972. He spent the majority of his life in the construction business; however the last 10 years were focused on his family run custom wiring business which continues to operate today. His business allowed him to spend time working on one of his true passions, his Harley Davidson Super Glide.

Bobby is preceded in death by his father Gifford Russell, and father Antonio Lenares who saw and raised Bobby as his own son.

He is survived by the love of his life Bonnie, his wife of 39 years; children Timothy Richard and his wife Meghan, Shawn Russell and Jennifer Russell; and daughters Kellie and Rachel Russell; and his five grandchildren. Bobby loved his kids, but nothing made him happier than being a Grampy. He is additionally survived by his mother and first love Patricia Lenares; seven siblings; several nieces and nephews; and his cousin club.

The Russell family would like to thank Hospice Care for their wonderful care and guidance at the end of Bob’s journey.
As per his wishes, a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Hospice Care Dimensions, 75 Sylvan Street, Danvers, MA 01923.
