RAPID CITY, S.D. – NewsCenter1 spoke with Al Reiman, president and dealer principal of Black Hills Harley Davidson, who says that the current owners signed a letter of intent with Sonic Automotive Group in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Black Hills Harley Davidson’s owners could sell the business to Sonic Automotive Group. The intent is to close the deal by the end of the year.

According to their website, Sonic Automotive is “one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States,” which was incorporated in 1997.
