Wisconsin Harley-Davidson has announced its plans to purchase Iron Town Harley-Davidson.
The Oconomowoc dealer is working out a purchase agreement with the New Berlin location, which was formally known as Hal’s, according to a news release. Before the purchase being finalized, an interim management agreement will be in place, with former owner Kirk Topel involved as part of the interim management structure during the final purchase negotiations.
“We are excited to have this opportunity,” said Wisconsin Harley-Davidson owner Robert Moakley. “Iron Town truly is an organic addition to our company. We are looking forward to continuing a positive relationship, and are pleased to have Kirk Topel as interim management as we proceed with the purchase, and look forward to continuing to serve our great customers who know and trust our dealership.”
Wisconsin Harley-Davidson, 1280 Blue Ribbon Drive, has been in Oconomowoc for more than 25 years, according to the news release.
. Brothers Robert and Mike Moakley also own Battle Creek Harley-Davidson in Battle Creek, Michigan.
