Motorcycle rider dies after crashing into house

A Harley rider who crashed into a house earlier this month in northwest Houston died Saturday from injuries, more than a week after the wreck.

The 49-year-old was on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle headed along the 9400 block of Neuens on Nov. 3 when he slammed into a brick house around 10:15 p.m.

He was rushed to  Memorial Hermann Hospital where he lingered until Saturday, when he was pronounced dead. His identity has not yet been released.

The investigation is still ongoing, but police said it’s believed alcohol may have been a factor in the dramatic wreck.
