A man was arrested Thursday for fleeing the scene of a vehicle crash that he caused, according to Laredo police.

LPD said Juan Osorio, 56, did not stop to render aid to the motorcycle rider he had cut off.

Police said the crash happened Feb. 15 in the 10700 block of International Boulevard.

Officers encountered a man in the middle of the roadway. The investigation revealed that he was riding a black Harley-Davidson motorcycle when, according to witnesses, a white F-150 cut him off and failed to yield the right of way while turning left, police said.

The F-150 driver fled the scene after the crash, LPD said.

Through security footage, police identified the suspect vehicle and located it in the 2800 block of Centenario Drive. Investigators later identified the driver as Osorio, according to police.
