FATAL MOTORCYCLE CRASH INVESTIGATION

Candice Bond, who is the national analyst for The Legal Advocate, and an experienced motorcycle accident attorney, explained why a separate, independent investigation, can be so important.

“Motorcyclists are arguably the most vulnerable motorists on the road and many factors can contribute to fatal crashes,” said Bond, who is also Managing Partner at Bond Legal.

“It is imperative to come to a determination the exact cause of these types of accidents. An attorney has the resources to hire expert witnesses, conduct background checks, locate witnesses to the crash and review applicable insurance coverage, all while carefully guiding the family of the victim through the process,” she added.

WRONGFUL DEATH CLAIM

Pending the results of any investigations, the family of Kathryn Leddy may be entitled to a wrongful death claim. Survivors of wrongful death victims may seek damages for loss of companionship, loss of income, pain and suffering, and emotional distress following a tragic or catastrophic accident such as this tragic incident.

Stefano Formica, of Counsel with Bond Legal said, “Distraught families of victims are often overwhelmed by the legal processes that are in place to protect their rights. An attorney can be an invaluable and compassionate resource to help guide a family during this difficult time, and ensure that those left behind receive the restitution they are entitled to.”
