(WKBN) – A local Harley Davidson Motorcycle Club is celebrating their love of the road, and giving back to the community this weekend.
The ninth annual Harley fun ride to benefit Akron Children's Hospital revs up on Sunday.
About 200 riders will travel together over about 90 miles of Mahoning and Columbiana County.
Last year's event raised $5,000 for the hospital.
"It's not your average poker run where two or three bikes take off and do a route. We actually pull into each spot together and we'll leave together," said Jim Rodgers, Event Organizer.
Registration kicks off for the run at 10 a.m. Sunday.
The run wraps up at Social 45 in Lisbon.
