An outlaw motorbike gang nominee in Perth was bashed after trying to leave the club, police say.
The victim, a man in his 30s, was at an Edgewater home on Sunday night when he was met by two patched members of the Rebels OMCG and another nominee.
Police allege the trio bashed the man, punching him to the ground before he was “kicked, stomped on and hit with a wooden pole”.
It is also alleged the victim’s Harley Davidson was stolen and that he was threatened with further violence multiple times if he did not hand over several other vehicles – including a Mercedes Benz.
Gang Crime Squad detectives arrested four men, laying multiple charges including aggravated armed robbery, property laundering and acting with intent to harm.
Two patched members, a 38-year-old Edgewater man and a 26-year-old Byford resident, and two nominees, one a 24-year-old man from Camillo, the other a 24-year-old man from Beechboro, will appear in Perth Magistrates Court today.
