DECATUR, Ind. (WANE) – The city of Decatur unveiled a new group of sculptures downtown Friday, kicking off the seventh year of the Decatur Sculpture Tour.
The annual tour puts dozens of pieces of art on display for the public to view for free.
One of the highlights of this year's tour is Harley the life-sized rhino. Harley is appropriately named as it is made of stock Harley Davidson motorcycle mufflers.
Sculptures from nearly 20 artists from eight states were revealed Friday night as part of the official unveiling. The event also offered children's sculpture activities, food, music, drinks, and other activities in downtown Decatur.
The 2018 gallery will be on display for 10 months. You can also find several other permanent sculptures scattered throughout the downtown Decatur area.
