Customer relations 'rock' at Brandt's

For many customers of Brandt’s I-69 Harley-Davidson, it’s no surprise that the Marion dealership won the Harley-Davidson Motor Company’s Gold Bar & Shield Circle of Distinction Award for the year of 2016.

The award specifically highlights sales performance, operational procedures and customer service and satisfaction. Dave Pegg, general manager of Brandt’s I-69, attributed the success to the store’s community focus.
