Fall festivals, apple festivals, harvest festivals, recitals, classical music, bluegrass, volunteer days, autumn hikes, book signings, family fun events, the Falmouth Goat Races and an evening with author Salman Rushdie are all on tap this weekend in central Pennsylvania.
Salman Rushdie will give a talk and reading, followed by a Q&A session. His mesmerizing new novel is set in New York City against the backdrop of modern American politics and culture with dark glamour and intrigue reminiscent of “The Great Gatsby.”
