2016 Harley Davidson Dyna Low Rider S Review

Here it is! After a long wait I finally got my hands on the Dyna Low Rider S. On this review I was fortunate to have the bike for the day and I travelled over 130 miles in both motorway and urban environments.

Please note I do not claim to be an expert on reviews, I am simply describing my experience – I would alway recommend test reviewing all bikes before you purchase.

I love anything to do with Harley Davidson and have two beautiful children and a beautiful partner. In my spare time i like building websites and love anything to do with the internet.

  1. Picked mine up the last week of March, 2016. The first one in my state. No complaints at ALL! And the way it PULLLLZ!!! WOW!!!
Did the pipe require a tuner?

  2. I like the fact that he actually rides the bike and lean some turns and hit the throttle but it's like listening to Howard Cosell

  3. I don't know why but all these reviews are always broken up and interrupted every few seconds. annoying and not watchable. It' s not my system it only happens on this site. Good bye.

  4. Just got myself a 2017 LRS….every single part of your review is point on…and you did justice to this badass bike! Every time I go over 60mph I remember my forefathers while hanging on to this awesome beast!

  5. Test rode one last weekend – first Harley I've ever ridden. It looks pretty cool & that engine is really sweet and good fun. The handling and braking is impressive considering the weight & cruiser dynamics. I think the torque is probably limited in 1st & 2nd as it only has a 160 rear but never tried to light it up on full throttle & it feels quicker in 3rd than 2nd. Worst aspect for me was not being able to see the rev counter. They should build a discrete LCD into the back of the headlight. I found the gear shift OK but the rear brake awkward.

Nice ride. Not sure I'd buy one, but enjoyable.

  6. In my opinion, the seat is crap. Not enough support, almost no 'damping' at all.
Other than that, I can't finde anything negative about my LRS. I love it.

  7. I still prefer my 2016 Fat Bob, I lined up next to a Lowrider S, and absolutely smoked it. I have the stock 103 high output with V&H long shot black staggered, and a Dyno-jet PC5 custom mapped in. It walked away from the Low Rider S with ease!

  8. As a fellow HD rider I  enjoyed your review. It made me want to stop in the middle and go for a ride on mine for sure. Thanks for sharing!
