A man will appear in court after a couple riding a Harley Davidson were left with life-changing injuries in a crash.
Jeremy Mullins, of Albert Street in Whitstable, has been charged with two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, one count of drink-driving and one count of driving without insurance.
He was arrested at the scene of the accident in Harbledown, near Canterbury, on Monday, November 28 last year.
The collision involving a black BMW and a black Harley Davidson motorbike happened at around 2.30pm on the A2050 at the junction with Faulkners Lane.
A man and woman on the motorcycle were taken to a London hospital with serious and life-changing leg injuries.
Mullins, 62, has been bailed to appear before Margate magistrates on Thursday, April 20.
